It's already starting!

I had issues with downloading my pix from my camera, but don't worry- it was all user error! That is why I haven't posted lately! Anyway!

Ethan's first day of school was the 25th of Aug. I drove him down to school and in the parking lot, I said, "Do you want me to walk you up and wait with you until the bell rings?" He said, "No, I'll be ok!" And just jumps out of the car and runs up to school! He doesn't even look back! I'm calling out after him, "Have a good day! I love you!" He yells back, "Ok, I love you!" So I get back in my car and sob like an idiot because my baby doesn't need me! He's getting so big! He had his backpack, his lunch bag and he was off! So it's already starting that my baby is growing up! When he got home, I had made him a little brownie pencil cake (with runny frosting!). I showed it to him and he said, " Oh mom, you didn't have to!" I said, "You don't like it?" He said, "Yes, I like it, you just didn't have to do it!" But I told him, " I know I didn't have to, I wanted to!" He thought it was neat!
